Cancellations & Replacements

If goods are faulty, broken or different from those ordered, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will replace the goods free of charge including postage or alternatively give you a full refund if you so wish. Please Note: It is very important that you return broken goods in order to receive a replacement or refund. Photographic images of damage may be acceptable in some circumstances. Refunds (including postage) will be placed directly into the consumers credit card once the goods have been returned in good condition. Distance selling regulations also provide for the customer to cancel an order up to 14 full working days after the day of delivery for any reason whatsoever. Please note: food items such as beer and wine kits which contain perishable and temperature sensitive ingredients such as yeast are expempt from this regulation as they cannot be resold to the public as a safe food item that has not been tampered with or rendered unusable through exposure to heat.

Please make sure that you recieve confirmation of the cancellation. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. You are also welcome to call into the shop when we are open. Our public trading hours are: 09:30 to 17:30 Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Please report non-delivery of goods within 14 days of a shipping notification being issued. If you do not contact us within 30 days the order will be deemed legally complete and refunds / replacements will not be possible.

Trade Sales: Please note, B2B (trade) sales are not returnable unless damaged. Trade purchasers should call us on 01603 418 408 to confirm the specification of the stock they will be delivered if the spec is critical. Technical equipment can vary from batch to batch. Labels can also be updated and modernised.
